These videos can be paused so farmers can get to grips with the different stages involved.

Trying to explain the difficulties you are having over the phone can be frustrating for those with the issues and those trying to solve it. ‘Show Me What’s Wrong’ allows for the very simple recording of your computer screen so you can visually demonstrate where the problems are. This file can then be sent to the person trying to solve the problem.

This is a really nice Tech Support care package from Google that gives a useful but not too detailed introduction to the web, email and searching.

‘1Password’ is a service that charges a premium to store all your passwords and recover them if they are forgotten.
